Moneyback guarantee announced

Wormtech has this month decided to offer a no-questions-asked money back guarantee on Wormtech Liquid for green and gold kiwifruit growers. 

The terms state that provided the product is used according to Wormtech's application guidelines and programmes, should the grower not believe (following that season's harvest) that there is a financial benefit from the use of the liquid, Wormtech will refund in full the cost of the product (excluding freight). 

"We felt it was time to put our money where our mouth is" said director Greg Walker. "The product has been used by many growers facing many conditions over a number of seasons, so we know how well it works.  We also know how important each season's crop is to growers, and we understand that many will be reluctant to try a new product for the first time in case it doesn't work. 

"Our response is to remove this perceived financial risk, so as to encourage new users in this difficult season.  Our intention is to offer this guarantee for the 2005-6 season and beyond.  Once we have sufficient experience and data, we plan to offer similar terms to growers of other crops" said Greg.

Growers must understand however that to qualify, they must follow one of Wormtech's application programmes - Kickstart, Earlyplan or Basic Spring-Summer.  Kickstart commences post harvet, Earlyplan in winter, and Spring-Summer starts in November or December.  That means a grower not starting until January will not qualify for money back in that season.
